Business Volunteers for the Arts
Business Volunteers for the Arts (BVA) provides technical assistance to arts and cultural organizations by recruiting business experts to help those organizations improve their management practices. Fields of recruiting consist of but are not limited to: accounting, marketing, public relations, graphic design, computer systems, organizational management, strategic planing, board development and more.

2007 & 2008 Workshop Season
Arts and Business Council offers educational workshops to arts and cultural organizations in the state. The purpose of each workshop is to provide participants with practical tools for increasing organizational effectiveness. Our tools include models, case studies, formats and programs that have practical application in the nonprofit workplace.

Business On Board
Business On Board is a dynamic program designed to help create, build and sustain strong, effective boards for nonprofit arts and social service organizations. Since a "Non-Profit is only as good as the Board," this innovative and comprehensive development and placement program is designed to identify, recruit, train and place a diverse pool of talented professionals as board members of arts organizations.
